Mule, I disagree on that point, these people will never wake up to the fact that the socialists are using them. Peru will never see the wealth from it's resources that they deserve.
They will go on blaming the West for all their troubles while the leaders become more and more wealthy.
Putin is now claiming to be the wealthiest man in the world and I probably could not disagree with him.
When asked how he achieved that he would not answer.
