That's not the issue
Those who bought options did so based on management statements and time lines.
None of which have been met.
I bought mine in March 24, seemingly plenty of time for the options to be in the money.
But their failure to provide Mets by Christmas has blown this out of the water and I , along with many other shareholders stand to lose money because of their direct incompetence.
