As expected the Major SH are happy to continue to MEM across the line.
The company is starting to think about it SH more which is nice and they seem like they know revenue is coming, it's just a matter of time. Andrew could have demanded a discount from the company, but ended up paying a Premium to the VWAP. Well done to him and it's nice to see consideration to the SH moving forward. So the waiting for the CR is going to be longer and we will get additional funds in September.
I'd like to have seen him buy $500k as funding and he buys another $500k on market with 1-1 options on the first $500k worth. That would have sent the market a really good message.
