This is not down ramping, but rather a note from concerned SH.
Is anyone concerned that the Bod might consolidate the shares to stop the drop in price and trading the pips?
If they do everyone will loose.
Say one new share for 15-20 old shares?
If you want to change the Bod.
One way is to get 5% of shareholders by shares.
Get nominees for the positions.
Write to the Bod stating what you want to do and aske for Extraordinary General Meeting which must be held within 90days.
Check Corporations Act 2001
May need solicitor.
Was involved jwith a different Co. some years ago.
