The likely proxy results of the resolutions to be put forward at the AGM will probably be known to directors by now. No-one in last few days has posted they have received a call push polling for yes votes. If Antony Green can call an election with about 20% of the vote, then the results here are pretty well known by now.
If NO votes have won, various situation rooms would be in full swing right now - workshopping the 'what now' question.
I wonder if PLL have a situation room.
