Yep brillant at deceiving shareholders and not much more...for instance,

They had Altura an lost it, they have had other startups that are in the sewer or have been in the sewer...they then get involved with Sayona another startup that was in the pits and as a few here keep harping about...that if it wasnt for Piedmonts involvement then Sayona would still be in the pits and would never have ended up with NAL (something I disagree with) so the facts are that these Bananas acheived absolutely nothing if you believe Keith Phillips from Piedmont was what got Sayona an Nal over the line....all I can see are some very well paid underacheiving Executives/Bananas destroying another company at the expense of shareholders and thats very hard to argue with given the facts and is the very reason I will be voting No to all Resolutions.
