I think we will start to see that 1PG can also use this to their advantage and to target specific clients who are advertising on job boards for multiple positions without much success getting the right candidates. 1PG can simply create talent pools from the 1.2bln strong database and show said company that they have large pools of connected and talented candidates ready to go!! Now imagine a company coming to you and showing you that can simply provide you with some of the best talent already connected to your existing employees and you don't have to continue spending copious amounts of money on job boards to hope that you get one good candidates application, instead referral is at your finger tips!
