Ms Olide will join 1-Page from NASDAQ-listed business outsourcing solutions company ADP​

(NASDAQ:ADP, market cap US$37B), where she is CFO, Worldwide Sales and Marketing.

Joanna Weidenmiller said: “We believe the appointment of Maria to our
leadership team coincides with what is a very important time in our growth plans. Adding this
level of talent to our organization continues to strengthen the management team, preparing us​

to capitalize on significant opportunities.”

I'm trying to figure out what in God's name Ms Olide was thinking when she left ADP to join 1PG. I mean, why on earth would you leave a position as CFO Worldwide Sales and Marketing with ADP for an ASX-listed minnow outfit like 1PG whose only claim to fame is a product that doesn't work and which no-one is using?

Doesn't make sense, unless.....oh, now I get it, lightbulb moment

Not really the sort of announcement you'd want to see if you were short.
