There seems to be a perception that Joanna was paid $3 million - but as a large part of this seemed to be "share based payment" might it just be a result of the high share price when she was issued with the shares that she was entitled to ? And clearly the shares would be worth a lot less now ...
The quarterly accounts are confusing in the treatment of their cash held as treasury bills/bonds - and they can hardly be blamed for the $2million currency loss some of which might have already reversed since 30 April with the weakening $Aussie
Bookings were $762 000 for the quarter which was a big improvement - but the problem is these don't seem to turn into actual revenue that quickly - but at least they included two "upsells" which is what i am looking for - evidence that an existing client is making further commitment to using their technology.
If revenue can kick in a bit then their $40 million should last long enough to see success or otherwise - at least give them credit for raising the cash at $4.50 ...
