I thought they had told us in the second line of the quarterly,

"Finished goods production down 13.8% primarily to align GCO ilmenite production with rail availability"

Why run the dredge and processing plant flat out when you can't use the product. "Just In time " conserves cash and makes sense to me.

I'm wondering if it's reasonable to expect the plant to run 24 hours a day for the full 365 days a year?
