I don't know of any mine or mill that runs 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Annual nameplate production capacity for a mine is what you expect to produce when it is up and running normally. This production figure takes into account maintenance shutdowns and all anticipated interruptions. MDL have never referred to nameplate production since they commencing mining nor have they given any indication of what they aim or hope to produce with the current plant. That latter is not too much to expect because they are way below nameplate production.
