Nah, Khop knows way more than Colby, he is the one bringing it up. Khop has been banging on about TPD needing an imminent raise since July. The point is now moot but I do take comfort that TPD will be able to repay the facility with their own cash should the SOA fail.
TPD shareholders were very lucky that STX saved TPD from what probably would've been a 12 cent capital raise.
