correct, we are already up 4x in the last couple years and spot at $11.59 which seems to be up $1 each quarter. Not hard to see it just going north and it’s all margin at that point. Just need to get the construction costs under control. Drilling costs look like they are pretty good since we seem to be able to do them the fastest in the basin.
