His point around within the 100s (so to be clear, 100-199) was that the ranking is on a moving average, I think it was 6mo?
Anyway
The stats of their web traffic etc shows a dramatic increase in raw visits. Lower bounce rate (iirc this is when someone goes to the site and leaves without navigating anywhere else). Increased average session times
With these increases in mind, and us still needing to phase out the 6-months-ago-bad-statistics we should continue to average up without making any further improvements, just as the old stale data drops out of the scope
