leia28 yes I agree the small cap finance industry needs to consolidate for this reason I have holdings in PLT & WZR as well. A scale business would reduce overheads (you do not need all the IT platforms) and be in a much stronger position for negotiations with Warehouse providers. I suspect this will only happen when interest rates start falling and there is visibility on the credit losses.
