I agree. Though a risk I am considering is that some of these non-bank lenders could be taken private aggressively. Similar to what happened with SPT. So taken private with a large new investors that subordinates retail shares. For companies with poor governance and the majority of shares held by a very small number of founders, this can easily happen as they don't really care. They will issue to themselves new preference shares and move on.
