As mostly tech based company (mobile app, web, browser based apps at venues and so on), I heard from a reliable source, TAH tech division are mostly cheaply outsourced based in India. their tech is badly aging and an absolute mess these days. huge mistake they made around 5 year ago to move their tech division offshore to cut corners. a mayhem now. so crappy not scalable apps, a lot of dodgy people off shore and contractors they hire so silly. that's why those in the know will not touch TAH share even with a barge pool.
