Again you cant purely point the finger at the drug, what was the patient suffering from ? what type of cancer ? how strong was their immune system ? how old were they ? were they already terminal ? have the suffered previous pneumonia related presentations ? did they also have heart failure ? did they already have an auto immune disease ?
