Just quickly, to clarify for you, because you clearly have concerns about PD1-Vaxx.

Nic told me that the British group initially approached the IMU team after a conference presentation. This presentation was very detailed and I believe they (IMU) were able to break down the trial into subsets. I don't recall every detail as this was a while ago.
What the British researchers were particularly interested in was the impact PD1-Vaxx had on mismatch repair-deficient /microsatellite instability high (dMMR/MSI-high) colorectal cancer, which is of course a subset of colorectal cancer. It's very specific. These surgeons loved what they saw in PD1-Vaxx and were prepared to cover the trial costs (not cheap). IMU is only supplying the vaccine as far as I am aware, as I mentioned in my previous post.

I am happy to go along with these specialists. I know the Royal Surrey Hospital quiet well, but not so much the Southampton Clinical TrialsUnit. These are 'players' at the highest level so why don't we give them a go? You seem to be full of doom around PD1-Vaxx, and you may be right. Time will tell.

Happy to hear any other details regarding the treatment of mismatch repair-deficient /microsatellite instability high (dMMR/MSI-high) colorectal cancer, if you have it. It's not an area in which I work.
