Not going to waste my time finding the announcements - but everyone knows it was told to us that the labs specifically advised PH that results would be released on a weekly basis, multiple times last year. It's not just about the errors. They've known how incompetent the labs they were using have been for a long time now.
Seems to be a lot of incompetency revolving in and around this company.
