First day of Chinese new year is 28th January. Traditionally Chinese new year celebrations last for about a week. Within that celebration period everyone in China is drunk 24/7. That means everyone should be sobered out and ready for business by the second week of February.
Ergo expect MABR certification not later than the end of February.
