Govr, you really need to DYOR. HaYogev is an agricultural region and it handles the waste water of Moshav Hayogev and Moshav Midrach Oz located in the Emek Izrael region in northern Israel. EMC's plant handles 125m cube/day and the waste water includes dairy farming waste water. These plants are very similar to what China's agricultural regions need.
