@reader1 , our 4 millionth appointment was announced end of May 2016. 5 millionth in Feb 2017. You will note from the new monthly patient registration chart that Dec/Jan has typical slow seasonal growth, this is because doctors availability drops during this period while they are on holidays. New patient registrations continue to grow. Patient "registration" to create a login account is optional. For certain categories it is avoided by the patient entirely so as to not have their visits associated with a login account for privacy reasons.
