It certainly sounds like you know what you are talking about but you haven't really explained it to us here other then vague comments without much content - don't get me wrong I'm not having a go at you or saying you are wrong or that you owe us a further explanation - quite the opposite - since you are familiar with this space and are contributing to the forums I would love to know more of the details of why you think there are gaps in their product offering that other software fills, which direction the segment is headed and why it's bad for livetiles.
As you know without working directly with the software or in the industry we can only know what we read in their releases, forums and reviews which can be biased or misleading!
Hope to hear more - discussion of pros and cons is what makes these forms great!
