This is the one concerning thing for me too when looking into this stock, I also note that their app MyHealth1st has a fair few old negative comments on the Play Store relating to similar issues. It shows a score of 3.3/5 Surely they should have worked through these issues by now? Are they developing the tech themselves? If not who are they using?

By chance I had already been using a similar app HealthEngine (not listed on the ASX) and that has a score of 4.8/5 on the Play Store. I recently read that Telstra has taken an investment into that product. I would much rather invest in a smaller Aussie company like 1ST which has a lot more growing potential but am not convinced yet.
