What the online health care industry needed was a catalyst to see generational behavioral change so that older Australians would have cause to embrace the new technology. Online health care pre COVID has predominently been the realm of the 20 -40 yo demographic which is why less than 20% of consumers ever used the medium.
Now, with Government support and encouragement, behavioral change will occur and online booking and consultations will gradually become the norm.
Q3 results will predominantly be pre COVID and it is important that they confirm continued growth of the ARR and a sustainable level of operational overheads.
We have previously observed a ramp up in Marketing which has resulted in a number of new alliances and initiatives.
Q3 needs to confirm the flow through of onboardings and an increase in revenue generated as a result.
The sterling efforts of Klaus and his team should be rewarded in 2020 and beyond.
