I've learned to steer clear of biotech SP over 10c until the biotech is at least in P2 trials.
Unless its a wonder drug that attracts partners early on, you can be sure the SP will dip below 10c or even below 1c along the way.
Even the 2.4c buyers today may rue their purchase if SP dips below 1c (always a possibility with biotech).
