The over 8 million shares traded on the 31st was not due to someone getting approval confused with IND. Nor has the higher trading volume for the last weeks. This is purely on pipeline development vs market cap. Lots of chatter on this in some other sites I visit. Some overseas. The data delivered about the GBM trial is compelling. The main risk now is Finance. And this is why the SPP is so important. Without the cash, something has to give. Look at the available pivot points by the end of next year if the money comes in. Freaking amazing. If we dont get all the funds the cd17 will have to slide. And this was announced after the last CR. The BOD are deferring payments and concentrating funds into getting this pipeline into arms. Good on them. This is what a drug discovery biotech needs.
Love him or hate him PH has found some awesome drugs to develop, and has ensured he has the right people available to get it done. He has put his money where his mouth is, so to speak.
An SPP at a higher price would not have worked in the environment.
