The only thing that will enable a lasting share price recovery is deals and revenue. Thats all the market cares about at the moment. Good announcements in every biotech that is not printing $ gets smashed back down.
RAC just had a very good announcement. Let's see how long the recovery lasts for.
My understanding of your point is that the heavy discounts and dilution weighs on the share price, and somehow this advantages PH and crew to amass a larger holding at a cheaper price, giving them more voting power and ability to strike deals that undervalues the asset (because they own a bigger slice of the pie, they benefit even if upside is limited).
