There is a chance for Hopper to absorb CHM or RAD by IMU at any time but the recent Draw Down Facilities with Lind clearly show that this is, at this stage, not was he intends to do. CHM would fit much better to IMU due to IMU's Azer-Cel cell therapy / CAR-T program which was initiated by JC due to her relationship with Precision Bio's management team (best friends and former CAR-T development team mates).

Most of IMU and CHM team members have past roots at Roche / Genetech / Kite while RAD's team has more ties to Novartis which got about 25% stake in Precision Bio.

They all know each other, they share expertise / data and have valuable connections. But the strange thing is that neither those big pharma nor investment fonds close to those giants seem to have any interest in those 3 Hopper comps. Unless, and that is pure speculation, strangely at all 3 just about 1/3 of "votes" were casted at the AGM's which resulted in about 90% acceptance. If those, 25% -30%, were Hopper supporters either the non-voting 2/3 were not bothered to do so or where in fact thousands of so called Nominee-Accounts controlled by bigger players who did not want to be " seen " to continue to fly under the radar and to continue to snap up the shares from retailers in small steps. And what better way to do so by frustrating retail with extreme low sp.

In the end Hopper will win big time, regardless of dilution and current valuation close to ZERO, question is, will we too?
