Granted. Going back through my purchase history, I can assure you that I didn't purchase my holding 1.7c either. My first purchase was at 15c (18/03/22) after doing my DD since pre IPO. As the company progressed from one P1 trial to now 5 clinical trials, the SP went antiproportional to where we are now.
If you invested at 20c based on your research (which was one P1 CLTX CAR-T trial and pre nature publications, pre NK and pre CDH17), what is stopping you from investing now? $1,000 at the time would have gotten you 5,000 shares. Now spend another $1,000 and you get 58,823 shares. That's an average price of 3.2c. Of course, "catching a falling knife" etc. - but if you were convinced back in 2020, 2021, 2022 and/or 2023 - would you be even more convinced of the science right now?
It is easy to blame one single person for the SP decline, but the COVID aftermath, the general biotech situation etc. causing previous CRs to be underwhelming to say the least. And if existing holders couldn't be convinced investing at a discount at the time, why would a new investor pay a premium when they could simply buy shares in bulk on market for less?
Despite what the SP says, the company has never been in a better position as they are in right now. Further dilution in the example above may bring your average back up to 6c, but given the different platforms in play, each platform singlehandedly has the potential to justify a multiple of our current valuation. Let them get more data, and the rest will catch on.
