The thing is that unless the directors who hold slightly more than 20% of the company agree to a take over, it will never get up as a hostile party needs 90% to enforce a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. We haven't seen any change in substantial holder notices either so it leave me to believe its a lot of left hand selling to the right hand. For what purpose, can only be to acquire a bigger position in the company.
