The results that will be reported shortly are targeting a mineral resource of 4mt from Kananagh and Nugent and a reserve sufficient to support a 4 year mine life.

It is now evident, given the further drilling that has now been funded to allow the inclusion of Nugent in the initial mine plan, that the four year mine plan was targeting only Kavanagh, at someting less than 1Mt pa given that the 4mt forecast resource contains 659Kt from Nugent in the current MRE. So we were looking at a 4 yr mine life from a resource of circa 3.3MT

The MRE update that is coming soon is the next step in defining that mineral resource for Kavanagh.

Focusing on the MRE plus the Kavanagh and west Kavanagh exploration target the bottom end of expectations for the upcoming MRE Update could deliver form Kavanagh 2mt and West kavanagh 1mt which together with the MRE gives a total of 5mt.

Was Lachlan under promising with the 4mt resource or doesn't the drilling cover the whole of the target.

I noted with interest his comment that the drilling of Kavanagh below the pit completed in August is expected to expand the MRE materially.

At the top end of the exploration target numbers there is potential to add 1.5mt from Kavanagh, 1mt from West Kavanagh .

In answer to Benz's question I would say we have 4mt in the bag and could easily get 5mt and if luck is on our side the ambitious amongst us could hope for 7.5mt

Those intersections at KTDD 205 and 208 have to lift one's spirits.
