While one may chuckle at such grammatical constructions as "advancing toward commencing", there really is that elusive moment when batch tests are consistently indicating >%99.5 BG LCE, the Boss says "NOW!," and the steady state timer is started.
How long that timer has to run before steady-state is declared and the Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin corks are popped, well, I will leave that to Process Engineers wiser than I to guess.
In all, this is very much the announcement I expected for the 1st of the month, and we are all the while warehousing product to sell into a very hot spot market.
