I have done the search for Professor Michael Buist as you suggested and discovered a podcast with him https://www.oscartrimboli.com/podcast/022/ which is about his frustration with health professionals failing to listen to the patient.

It has occurred to me that we (i.e. Alcidion) could develop an A.I. solution e.g. along the lines of using speech to text which would detect key words which could be fed to, and integrated with, patient notes and in turn guide diagnosis and treatment.

I have disclosed previously that we hold shares in Veritone. They have recently acquired Pandologic, who supply a recruitment service by way of taking a candidate's conversation and automating it by A.I. to match employer requirements. Their platform might possibly be modified for our use.
