It was and still is ridiculously cheap just for the gold component. On top of the Gold, you get Mt Thirsty for free, in November we have the Glascow climate summit where every world leader will be pledging their people’s allegiance to supposedly clean electricity and battery storage.
CO has already increased by $20000 a tonne in the last 6 months or so, look at Uranium in the last 6 months. A trend is developing IMO
