The tax issue was framed as an initial assessment, does this mean they were simply checking with FFX the veracity? If so, that clerical error is looking like more than an error, but an intention.

As for lithium, the SC6 concept is not proven just YET, Mark my words

why? There’s been no confirmation in 2020 that the SC6 100-150um grind size works. The company has addressed this however, citing the last Quarterly DEC released in January as a source. (Need I remind, (still non-battery grade) Lithium carbonate initial confirmation was a different feedstock and process).
My view is shareholders need to ensure they are informed in a timely manner through official channels....
