Not sure where you are looking though that statement is not even close to correct.
Firstly CLQ are using both Sc and Sulphate Credits. = +$25m USD pa
They are also using a 2.5% lower tax rate and a 5% lower Exchange rate.
Once you adjust for these differences ARL come out in front by a long way. Also why are you using EBITDA as a reference when it includes the higher throughput without discounting the higher CAPEX.
At the very least use a Pre Tax NPV adjusted for the same exhange rate.
