Had a bit of reading.
there are about 88 'upstream' designed dams in Brazil. Only 4 have been allowed to continue to operate.
Approx another 100 or so other dams of different designs.
the upstream designs have until 2021 to replace with a different much more costly design.
So yeah, CTMs IO would be wanted by the "smaller than vale" coys that do not have this flawed design and allowed to operate and possibly increase production given they have the ore.
it's no wonder many companies are in talks now with CTM for the JAM IO.
