9 cps is the floor, so let’s not get carried away .. it’s 15 or 25 % discount to vwap plus some options .. structure not really necessary imho, talked into it by a broker .. alas onward and upward, they need some and they’re incentivised now with the discount structure to get other finance in place for expansion within 6 months, that could be construed as confidence .. anyway the product is still tiptop!
