    This is cheaper than I thought as the Options have a strike price of 25c
    18,815,000 x .25c = $4.7m when converted
    11,600,000 options at 25c strike = $2.9m when converted
    Current $2.9m cash on hand

    68m fully diluted @ 27c = $18.3m cap less $10.5m cash if all oppies in the money = EV of just $7.8m
