The debt was $1.8m USD which varies in amount of AUD based on the FX rates at the time. Back in March 2020 it was noted as being $3m AUD because the exchange rate was around 0.58:1.
The $2.3m reported is the full payment in AUD. No additional amount is due and there was no discount to the order.
