Has the lucky winner deal fallen through? I am sorry I have to ato the naivety I have seen on the board with regards to the lucky winner deal, am I the only one who objectively looks at things??
The real question which should have been asked in here from the get go, is the lucky winner deal even a legitimate deal to begin with or another deliberate Asian scam play like what happened over at XST.
Huge raises that happen at huge premiums to current share price.
Take a month to do due diligence on a project that has all information publicly available.
Them being so confident as to want to do this raise at a huge premium but, not being able to or willing to even put down a 10% deposit.
This all just happens to coincide with the company releasing it's big news to date and just by chance giving the Chinese a huge free option over a potential monster JORC, pure good luck right.
I could go on for paragraphs about how bullshit this whole lucky winner thing has been, if it actually closes then Klaus is the one in a million I bow down to his greatness, but I am not concerned.
This whole shambles has destroyed all share holder value we should have seen from the JORC and given options holder zero chance of being able to convert, if this lucky winner deal doesn't come in get ready to shake hands with 2cents again, because we are a cash poor stinky looking company cap in hand begging for a raise from the vultures if this falls through.
I have hated it from the start I now hate it more, it's a lose/lose deal even if they do by some miracle pay up I still think overall that level of dilution it's a very shit deal for existing holders, raise $10mill fair enough $25mill ridiculous.
