We can agree to disagree but I actually think it's the other way around they have taken the more "pessimistic" or i'd prefer to use cautious approach just moving small on capital - 1/1 wouldn't be diluting percentage holdings as long as full allocations were taken up but again I guess it comes down to needing underwriter.
