This company ticks all the boxes until I found out how little skin in the game Klaus has.< 2%? Even the secretary has more skin in the game than him.
When you're a < $10m market cap company, I believe management should own at least 40% of its shares outstanding.
Or am I missing something and Klaus and Chairman Trevor has shares sitting somewhere else?
