    I would also suggest that Jane Shaw as a founder does not want her shareholding unnecessarily diluted.

    I would imagine she would expect the shareprice to be susbtantially higher once accrediation from NATA (hopefully by mid year ) has been received and the test can then be commercially rolled out in Australia. Upon that milestone it would be fairly easy to raise capital at multiples of the current share price.

    BCal does not need TGA approval interestingly.
