Great News IMO.
Shows the foresight in having done the re-structuring previously and now cashed up still with a small capital structure and with a lot of news flow coming. Good news flow, with cash in bank always looks good.
The research at ECU also shows forward thinking to investigate more economical extraction methods whilst not blowing the budget.
