NUH cannot control the release of the product, but they have 100% control of the timing of the CR.

The 2 are inextricably related.

I would think management will be stoked to raise an amount even close to $1m given the sparsit. of new information available pre the close out date.

This will be a line ball CR with the genuine possibility of a stock overhang held by the underwriters.

I hope it is a roaring success, but learned long ago (and at great cost with NUH) not to confuse hope with reality.
