    Because $1.37m loan will be converted to equity, Lawrence Buono (of 708 Capital) will be having a lot of skin in this company.  He will want to make effort or use his contacts to push up the price back up to make quick money rather than waiting for interest repayments over longer period of few years.I suspect he have a lot of say in the discounted pricing of this CR.
