Yes, an interesting position:

1. Quarterlies are always backwards looking. This impending Qtly (due next week), will be as at JUNE 30, 2024;

2. This CR requires shareholders approval, so it can’t be recorded in the JUNE cashflow.

3. Shares can’t be issued until SH’s grant their approval.

4. Will they call an early AGM??…or call an EGM, followed closely by the mandatory AGM.

5. LKE currently are sitting with 2 consecutive strikes against their Renumeration resolution. Perhaps it’ll be three (3), at the upcoming AGM.

6. The Chairman is up for re-election at this upcoming AGM.

This company is in the balance, and at a tipping point IMO.
